How we score eSIM stores

Every store on the store rating gets six scores out of 10, one per buyer question. The overall score is the plain average, so no single criterion can carry a store to the top.

Where the facts come from

We use only what a store publishes: its website, terms and conditions, refund pages, help center and App Store or Google Play listing. Each fact is logged with its source and the date we opened the page. If a store does not publish something, we say it is not stated rather than guess.

The six criteria

CriterionQuestion it answersWhat raises the score
CoverageWhere can I use it?More countries claimed, plus regional and global plans
Ways to buyWhere can I buy it?Website, iOS and Android apps, messenger store bots
Payment optionsHow can I pay?Several card networks, wallets, PayPal, crypto
Plan rangeDoes it fit my trip?Fixed packs and unlimited plans, top-ups, monthly options
Refund termsCan I get money back?Longer windows, more covered cases, refunds to money not credit
No-ID checkoutWhat must I share?A clear statement that no documents are needed

What we leave out on purpose

We do not score network speed or price. Speed depends on the local partner network and the place you stand; prices change by destination and season. Where a store publishes example prices we quote them with the plan named, but they never enter the score.

When scores change

A score changes when a store changes its published terms or offer: a new payment method, a new refund rule, a new way to buy. The date at the top of each page shows the last full check.

Limits of the rating

The rating compares seven stores. It does not cover every eSIM seller, and it does not replace reading the plan page before you pay. Definitions of the terms we use are on the glossary.
